The Domino Effect

Its just one of those days when things never go right.

A flurry of mails in the morning indicating I was to quit my current project and probably go into another pain in the arse project. And then the electricity got cut, damn assholes of KSEB.

Next was I found my jogging shirt has not yet been washed, spend an hr washing that manually under tap water. Its 12 PM and my friend is having his wedding reception, then I was rushing to the bathroom took a bath put the clothes on and strapped on my watch..."SNAP"... and the watch buckle was broken, I was running around for another 15 min to get the precision kit and fix my watch's strap.

Got on the scooter and made a quick visit to the cafe, then to the office. I was greeted to the office by a pigeon who is awaiting for its death.

I kept my bag there and went to the reception, said "hello", "hi" in a chick filled hall and after a very reluctant photo session I set off to buy my staple diet, "Honey Flavored Corn Flakes", Crossed the road and parked the scooter and got off only to see the scooter fall down taking down another couple of bikes along with it just like dominoes.

Soon came a guard, and asked me "Whether I am in a Circus?", I was like O_O, and he was criticizing, me on how to park a scooter when I was single handedly picking up the fallen bikes. And I said the stand probably fell in a small pot hole like area and hence the scooter went down but he was so arrogant that I am a reckless driver, I said "Whatever" and went in to get my corn flakes. And to add to the delay the counter had a big notice "Our systems are affected by virus so we have to bill manually", more O_O...

And it was another 15 min ride back to the office and this time the pigeon was out side the office once again waiting for the grim reaper to come by, may be the reaper is a bit late...

Update: The pigeon passed away at approximately 15:45, after the attacks by some ruthless crows. I personally took care of digging a grave for the pigeon.
